Zampella Group supports Learning professionals that demonstrate a commitment to the development of others. We work with Coaches, HR professionals, Educators and Leadership teams.

We act as your outsourced R&D Department on matters of leadership development, ontological learning, developing mindsets, and contemplative practices that cultivate learning cultures. To support these efforts, we curate and design action research and materials to serve individuals and organizations.

OUR RESEARCH. Our well-sourced exploration includes the fields of human development, Eastern practices, Western thought, Integral Theory, and extensive inquiry into ontological learning by scholars and philosophers.

THINK TANK. We offer clients access to “Think Tank,” our online portal that includes much of our IP and research. Think Tank includes reliable useable research and resources to support our first-person learning model, leadership development designs, generative language training, and learning culture cultivation.

CULTURAL SHIFTS. We live in a time of cultural transformation marked by increased ambiguity, uncertainty, and volatile change. Our curriculum focusses specifically on the unlearning and relearning that cultivates adult learning. Our approach breaks open preconceived notions of Listening and Learning, causing fundamental shifts in being and action. New leadership emerges.

LISTENING

Through developing authentic listening, we discern context and expand views to become open to new perceptions, and more perspectives. Expanding our listening capacity finds us present to the fullness of communication: to receive others newly; to realize our impact and future potential; to appreciate subtle connections, and to discover mutual understanding.

LEARNING

Our Ontological Learning model transforms who we are as learners by shifting our context and self-perception.  We shift from fixed to open Mindsets. Our coaching and learning programs weave research, self-discovery, and contemplative practices into a curriculum of inquiry. As pioneers in “First-Person Learning,” we bring timeless contemplative practices, proven methodologies, and action research to experience and access being.

LEADING

Leadership begins with those who empower others. Over the last 15 years, we’ve evolved from the previous “command and control” model of leadership which demands compliance… to a Servant or Integral Leadership model that fosters a commitment to learning and a culture of learning leaders — with the ability to create principled, sustainable, and inclusive learning cultures.
